A New Chapter Begins

Hi my favorite peeps!

I want to take a moment to share a little business life update and bring you along on this next chapter with me. I’ve included a short video below introducing Ziona, my new Executive Assistant, and sharing some of the joy and clarity that’s emerging through this process! Thank you for witnessing me in this new chapter.

In my upcoming podcast, Field Guide for Curious Peeps, I’ll be sharing some of the earned wisdom I’ve garnered over the years, as well as conversations with people who believe in alternative paths to healing, both for themselves and for the planet.

My hope is that Field Guide for Curious Peeps becomes a companion for your own human journey, offering practical tools, gentle reflections, and “aha” moments that remind you you're never alone in figuring out this beautiful, messy thing called life.

I plan to bring my fun sense of humor, my penetrating questions, and continue to explore beyond typical everyday ways of thinking and knowing. I will be interviewing interesting and professional individuals whom I have vetted for integrity and who often work in fields outside of the ordinary. My podcast will get edgy sometimes. Sometimes it will make you cry. Sometimes you will feel loved. But hopefully you will always feel “in the know” and included.
