We find ourselves at the threshold of Spring. After a winter of exploring our shadow, I keep returning to this knowing: our sweetness is forming in this deep collective.

This part of the Fan Guide, Rose Compass, explores our ethics, boundaries, behaviors, and intentions. The Rose Compass is meant to guide our integrity. I named it the Rose Compass because it evolves and blossoms as we evolve and blossom.

• What would support my flow here?
• Who is in my guild? Can I reach for them?
